What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop policies and procedures for scheduling and facilitate user training for stakeholders
- Create, review, and analyze critical path schedules independently
- Monitor schedule performance data and issue reports as required by management
- Perform Time Impact Analysis and claims analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes and project planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method of scheduling
- Expert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6, latest version)
- Ability to understand construction documents at all design levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data Center experience
- Moderate experience using Procore & Power BI
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word
