      Statement of Work


      Background and Objective
      TechnoServe Overview
      TechnoServe works with enterprising people in the developing world to build competitive farms, businesses and industries. We
      are a non-profit organization that develops business solutions to poverty by linking people to information, capital and markets.
      Our work is rooted in the idea that given the opportunity, hardworking men and women in even the poorest places can generate

      Objective.
      TechnoServe Zambia is looking for a Trainer/ consultant to conduct leadership training to its 15 Managers and Supervisors for a
      maximum of three days in the following topics
       Emotional Intelligence
       Conflict resolution and conflict management
       Coaching and mentoring
       Performance appraisal
       communication
      Contractor Tasks
      The Contractor will be required to train all the 15 staff in Lusaka in all the topics outlined.


      Deliverables
      The contractor will be responsible for the following
      1. All training Materials i.e., write ups, booklets etc.
      Operation and Logistical Considerations
      TechnoServe will take responsibility of conference facilities for the training period.
