      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop a foundational resource in three parts to inform the early numeracy program
      - Research and present the relationship between early literacy and numeracy, and best practices for numeracy instruction
      - Create guidance for curriculum development and professional development for educators
      - Address barriers to early numeracy education, particularly in low-resource contexts
      - Suggest frameworks for organizing topics and instructional strategies for educator training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of experience teaching mathematics to children
      - Proven experience in developing mathematics curricula and facilitating numeracy-focused professional development
      - Experience in low-resource global contexts
      - A demonstrated passion for early numeracy education
      - Degree in mathematics education is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with diverse communities and educational systems
      - Familiarity with gender-disaggregated outcomes in education
      - Knowledge of low-cost manipulatives for early grade classrooms
      - Experience in curriculum design for early childhood education
