- Conduct desk reviews and fieldwork in selected country offices
- Prepare and submit progress documents on localization approach
- Develop results framework for tracking localization progress
- Conduct focus group discussions and interviews with stakeholders
- Revise technical note on localization approach based on feedback

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in relevant field
- At least 10 years of experience in international development or humanitarian affairs
- Strong analytical, research, and strategic planning skills
- Fluency in English, knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with UNICEF's programs in emergency contexts
- Experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and facilitation
