      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze child welfare data and Medicaid financial data for payment rate development
      - Manage projects related to payment rate development and finance
      - Facilitate stakeholder discussions and focus groups
      - Coordinate with state agencies to build consensus on payment rate methodologies
      - Develop and review payment rate models for social services supports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Program management and/or operations experience in a children's residential setting
      - Knowledge of child welfare, Medicaid, and other government health-related programs
      - Proficiency in MS-Office software, including PowerPoint and Excel
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - MSW, MPH, MPP, or other related degree
      - 5+ years of experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of related experience within a leadership role
      - Previous experience with a strong focus on finance or analytics
      - Extensive knowledge of child welfare, Medicaid, and other government health-related programs
      - Experience with Medicaid managed care programs
      - Experience with reviewing and using data to inform decision making
