      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and compare organizational performance against industry standards and best practices
      - Lead benchmarking studies and provide actionable recommendations to clients
      - Develop and execute project plans in alignment with project scope
      - Support project workstreams under the direction of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
      - Create client-facing materials, including slide decks and other documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 5-10 years of relevant industry experience with appropriate licensure/certification
      - Bachelor's Degree in health or related field from an accredited institution; Master's Degree preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Strong analytical and time management skills
      - Operational knowledge of care management and related processes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Tableau
      - Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
      - Previous leadership experience in a healthcare setting
      - Ability to interface effectively with clinical and ancillary leaders
      - Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives
