What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead complex performance improvement projects within the Clinical Nursing Operations pillar, overseeing project teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Develop and execute Project Manager Office (PMO) responsibilities, including travel logistics and client-facing materials
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in establishing client processes and policies for improved operations
- Independently create client-facing materials and meet with clients to advance project deliverables
- Contribute to the advancement of the firm through participation in internal work teams and task forces
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in clinical performance improvement consulting or 5-10 years of industry experience with relevant licensure/certification(s) and at least two years in a relevant leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree in health or related field from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong expertise in workforce and productivity infrastructure, including labor productivity concepts
- Analytical and time management skills to support multiple engagements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau preferred but not required
- Proven change management skills to guide stakeholders through process redesign and operational improvement
- Expanded operational knowledge of inpatient nursing, care models, and standards of care
- Ability to lead smaller initiatives to drive process efficiencies and operational excellence
- Willingness to work in other service lines as directed
