      YOUR ROLE

      In this Cybersecurity Engineering & Advising role, you will develop end-to-end cybersecurity test plans, uphold information security policies across projects and customer environments, manage vulnerabilities and risks, detect and analyse incidents, assess cryptographic implementations, prepare documentation for regulatory evaluations, and support customers in strengthening their Operational Technology (OT) security practices. You will work closely with business and technical leaders to deliver secure, resilient outcomes.

      YOU’LL

      • Provide clear security recommendations tailored to technical environments
      • Explain security rules to users and promote safe behaviours across systems
      • Detect, analyse and qualify threats and incidents, identifying sources and preventing recurrence
      • Support customers with OT asset discovery, compliance checks and threat-environment guidance
      • Demonstrate strong communication, diplomacy and persuasion when influencing stakeholders
      • Apply advanced principles, theories and concepts to improve security posture
      • Collaborate with technical teams, business leaders and customers to deliver value
      • Stay up to date with emerging risks, threats and countermeasures

      WHAT YOU’LL BRING

      • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar (Cybersecurity, Cryptology or Control Systems advantageous)
      • Familiarity with data analysis, data processing, IT and cyber security
      • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
      • Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
      • Knowledge of key cybersecurity standards (UN-R155, UN-R156, ISO 21434, ISO 27001, ISO 27005)
      • Ability to provide actionable recommendations and assess complex environments
      • In-depth programming knowledge and understanding of advanced security concepts
      • Experience conducting cybersecurity risk analyses and awareness of IT security law
      • Ability to work effectively with customers, technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders
      • Recognition as a team-player who supports smooth project delivery
      • Curiosity and ongoing learning around new threats and defensive techniques
      • Nice to have: domain-specific expertise linked to the product or project
