What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review self-funded financial reports and provide insights for Account Management discussions
- Analyze claim repricing and manage claims audit processes
- Develop self-funded renewal projections and assist in preparing financial summaries
- Prepare stop loss sensitivity analysis for self-insured clients
- Collaborate with teams to deliver analytic results that drive strategic decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience (6+ years)
- 3-5 years of related experience in a carrier, consultant, or broker setting
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Must possess the Ohio Life and Health License
- Strong communication (both verbal and written) and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Fabric, Power BI skills
- Experience with health insurance products and industry trends
