      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the development and execution of public policy strategies with Congress, the U.S. Administration, and regulatory agencies
      - Build and maintain relationships with U.S. policymakers, trade associations, and industry participants
      - Monitor and report on U.S. regulatory and legislative developments, providing timely intelligence to internal stakeholders
      - Collaborate with internal teams to develop policy goals and coordinate engagement across various business units
      - Prepare memos, talking points, and strategic communications for meetings with officials and senior leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in government relations, public policy, or a related area within the private sector or government
      - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Public Policy, Politics, International Affairs, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives and government officials
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; project management experience is an asset
      - Ability to interpret complex policy, legal, and regulatory information and communicate insights clearly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in relationship management within a government relations or public policy context
      - Familiarity with trade association committees and industry intelligence tracking
      - Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences and stakeholders
      - Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of regulatory developments on business operations
      - Commitment to organizational values such as trust, teamwork, and accountability
