What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead multiple project engagements to demonstrate and document the value and ROI of employer products
- Develop process improvement plans and facilitate training sessions for change management initiatives
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to benchmark processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Provide subject matter expertise and deliver solutions to client problems during engagements
- Communicate complex concepts succinctly to facilitate client decision-making and task execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of healthcare supply chain experience
- Experience with a Materials Management Information System (e.g., Allscripts/Veradigm, Meditech)
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Accounts Payable document imaging software
- Proven experience in developing and executing systems integration
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of industry-leading practices and key metrics
- Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
