  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver workshops and presentations to various group sizes, ensuring effective communication of safety solutions
  - Conduct one-on-one or small group coaching sessions with clients to enhance safety performance
  - Manage client-related projects as a Project Lead Consultant, gradually taking on larger and more complex assignments
  - Establish and facilitate effective safety governance aligned with client organizational structures
  - Track client progress towards safety objectives and adjust strategies as necessary
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  - Minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational change, operations with safety responsibility, or industrial consulting
  - Relevant certifications such as CSP or equivalent; LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred
  - Proven ability to navigate client ambiguity and manage client excellence
  - Strong knowledge of safety management systems and fluency in change management practices
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience presenting to leaders from front-line to senior management
  - Demonstrated cognitive flexibility and ability to develop strategic plans for safety excellence
  - Familiarity with various governance structures and their application in safety contexts
  - Ability to propose specific metrics for client safety performance
  - Experience in leading matrixed teams and developing others
