      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist clients in identifying and claiming Research and Experimentation (R&E) tax credits
      - Perform interviews with client engineering and technical personnel and draft detailed project reports
      - Collaborate with Federal and International Tax colleagues on tax matters as needed
      - Analyze large volumes of accounting cost data and create complex calculation databases
      - Prepare R&E credit calculations and deliverables while ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computer Information Systems, Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering
      - Minimum of 6 accounting hours or the ability to substitute technical courses for accounting hours, with a 3.0 GPA or higher
      - Major GPA of 3.25 or higher
      - Valid driver’s license required
      - Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Experience with legal/technical tax code research tools
      - Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
