What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide a wide range of consulting support to clients in the areas of research administration and research compliance
- Collaborate with an Advarra consulting team to meet project objectives and deliverables
- Advise clients on regulatory and legal requirements for human subjects research in the United States
- Assist clients in implementing regulatory compliance measures
- Contribute to the development and improvement of research administration and compliance programs through policy revision and document/tool creation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strongly preferred: Certifications related to ethics review, research, and/or research compliance
- 3-7 years of experience in Life Science, Research Administration, HRPP/IRB, or a similar field
- Knowledge of OHRP, FDA, and ICH GCP regulations
- Familiarity with clinical research and human subjects protection
- Prior experience in consulting and/or clinical research is a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer software programs, particularly in a PC, Windows-based operating environment
- Ability to organize projects, tasks, and establish priorities
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Familiarity with technological tools (eTMF, CTMS, etc.) used in research administration and compliance
