      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and operate multiple Tier 1 quantitative risk and capital models that support capital risk management
      - Develop new quantitative models for asset risk analytics and product underwriting
      - Drive quarterly capital adequacy tests and support enterprise target capital framework
      - Craft clear and concise summaries of findings and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences
      - Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent model assumptions, processes, and outputs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong quantitative modeling skills with proficiency in Python for statistical analysis
      - Solid understanding of economics and investment asset classes
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative risk modeling
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field required
      - Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts to senior leaders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Progress toward professional designations such as CFA, FRM, or FSA
      - Experience in financial risk modeling or actuarial functions with typically seven or more years of related work experience
      - Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
      - Knowledge of machine learning and statistical techniques applicable to risk modeling
