What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to callers in a contact center environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to streaming services on various devices
- Utilize multiple applications simultaneously to assist customers effectively
- Engage with customers to build rapport and enhance their experience with the employer's services
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of streaming services on phones and smart TVs
- Proficiency in basic PC keyboarding and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
