- Gain a deep understanding of the organization's data structure and key performance metrics.
- Lead advanced data analyses to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations for client strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tools to facilitate data access and usability.
- Collaborate with account managers and behavioral data scientists to meet healthcare client needs.
- Implement data mining and statistical techniques to inform data-driven decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support analytic consultants in delivering of customer reports and analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, or equivalent tools.
- Expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of data mining and machine learning frameworks.
- Experience in healthcare.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in healthcare analytics, population health, or value-based care-preferably within a health tech, health plan, or analytics services environment.
- 5+ years experience in health plan quality programs (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, Stars), member engagement, and clinical and claims data structurePhysical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight.
