What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead one or more project workstreams to implement innovative solutions for clients
- Collaborate with client staff and leadership while managing junior Huron staff
- Create and utilize work plans to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Present findings and recommendations to internal and client leadership
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, overseeing their performance and development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 to 5 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience
- Experience in a client-facing, professional services environment
- Direct supervisory experience including coaching and performance management
- Willingness to travel up to 80% (Monday-Thursday, occasional onsite Fridays)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project lead experience overseeing junior colleagues on engagements
- Experience working within a matrixed organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision
