      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary clinical IT resource for the implementation and support of advanced clinical applications
      - Coordinate division-wide standardization and optimization activities related to clinical tools
      - Provide user support and system maintenance for advanced clinical applications across all division hospitals
      - Conduct problem analyses and resolve complex issues escalated from the division Service Desk
      - Develop and deliver training materials for staff on clinical applications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; Consulting EHR Support Analyst Pharmacy - Pharmacist/PharmD required
      - Seven+ years of experience in clinical application support or a Master's degree
      - Mature understanding of clinical operations and application support processes
      - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clinical and IT personnel
      - Valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in various programming and clinical application reporting tools
      - Customer service orientation and/or training experience
      - Licensing or credentials within a specific clinical specialty preferred
