What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and collaborate on the successful implementation and support of projects within the Lab Information System (LIS)
- Deliver virtual training and ensure standardization and optimization of LIS across divisions
- Develop clinical application reports and facilitate education regarding changes in the LIS system
- Perform system validations and document incidents and change requests
- Provide support and training to less experienced team members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Seven or more years of experience in Laboratory Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Understanding of clinical operations and pertinent regulatory guidelines (JCAHO, HIPAA, CAP)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and teaching abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency with Meditech 5.6 Lab modules
- Experience with programming and clinical application reporting tools
- Licensing or credentials within a specific clinical specialty
- Customer service training or orientation
- Valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance, if applicable
