      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage projects and engagements while leading teams to deliver technology solutions that align with client goals
      - Serve as the direct liaison between clients and the employer’s team, ensuring effective communication and relationship management
      - Assist in the development and delivery of insightful analysis and solutions for Academic Medical Center clients
      - Mentor junior staff, providing guidance in project management and technical skills
      - Participate in the professional development of staff while managing multiple projects of varying scale and duration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US Work Authorization
      - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
      - Extensive experience with Academic Medical Centers
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to build trust and collaboration
      - Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into actionable documentation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with human resources within an Academic Medical Center
      - Familiarity with administrative support services, faculty compensation, and fund flow
      - Willingness and ability to travel on a 50% basis annually
