What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain effective communication with clinical partners to enhance patient access and service quality

- Perform insurance verification and authorization, ensuring compliance with CMS standards
- Collect and verify patient data to minimize duplication of medical records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of experience in a relevant role
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in operating general office machines and familiarity with Microsoft programs
- Ability to follow complex instructions with attention to detail
- Understanding of HIPAA privacy rules and adherence to government guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience
- Prior collections experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of direct Patient Access experience
- Associate's degree
