      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and interpret policies related to consumer protection issues within gas, electric, water, and telecommunications utilities
      - Conduct investigations and provide training regarding consumer complaints and regulatory compliance
      - Resolve complex consumer complaints filed with the agency and ensure staff consistency in handling cases
      - Prepare and present oral and written testimony at public hearings and meetings
      - Conduct research and make recommendations for formal actions and policy improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience communicating complex information and contentious decisions to various stakeholders
      - Experience interpreting, analyzing, and applying complex information such as statutes or administrative codes
      - Experience creating reports and writing correspondence on multiple topics
      - Ability to manage multiple programs or projects simultaneously
      - Professional experience in the utility, regulatory, and/or consumer protection industries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience presenting information to executives or decision-making boards
      - Experience leading projects or initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders
      - Experience in the investigation of fraud or violations of policy, statute, or administrative code
