What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide operational leadership support to consumer banking branches
- Develop and execute plans for branch risk and control inspections
- Identify financial, safety, or security risks through inspections and audits
- Create and manage risk and controls remediation plans
- Deliver Operations Integrity Training to new branch teammates and managers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of retail banking experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership and coaching experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality work products
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with multi-site leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
