- Lead deposit product strategy: drive customer acquisition and balance growth while effectively managing costs.
- Improve product financials through identifying opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle including marketing, onboarding, fraud, pricing, servicing, payments, operations, etc.
- Create and manage the Retail Deposits (i.e., Savings, CDs, Transactional) Product Roadmaps; collaborate with all key functions to define scope, prioritize, and execute work.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to develop deposit pricing strategies that are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the Jenius Bank strategic vision.
- Lead the development of deposit pricing policies and procedures.
- Monitor deposit pricing and market conditions to ensure that deposit pricing remains competitive and profitable.
- Analyze financial and economic data to identify trends, new developments, and potential opportunities for the business.
- Develop and maintain financial models for assessing the impact of potential deposit products and rate changes.
- Drive Deposits business performance / risk metrics (KPIs / KRIs), assess trends/opportunities, and develop a forward-looking outlook.
- Manage, coordinate, and execute all pricing changes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on deposit product & pricing strategies.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Research industry best practices and keep up to date on industry news.
- 5+ years of experience in Deposit Pricing / Product Management and/or Consumer Deposits Strategy.
- Strong understanding of deposit pricing and the competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated examples of tracking and improving product performance.
- Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Customer-centric focus to product management.
- Experience with banking operations and digital product delivery teams.
- Effective communication skills including ability to explain complex issues and solutions to all levels of management.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

GERNERAL SUMMARY:
The Consumer Deposits Strategy & Pricing Manager, a critical Deposits leadership role, will have responsibility and accountability for driving strategy and execution across all Deposit products to improve product performance. This role will also be accountable for managing the pricing of deposits across the organization. This role will lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to improve product experience, profitability, and competitiveness.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting economic data and trends to inform decisions about deposit products and services for the organization. This role is expected to have a deep understanding of the deposits market landscape and can communicate insights in a clear and concise manner. Significant growth is expected within both Manufacturers Bank as well as this role within Product Management.
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $107,000 and $140,000. The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Some roles will also qualify for an annual discretionary incentive award. In addition to cash compensation, Manufacturers Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package.
