      Consumer Experience Acquisition & Retention Manager

      About the position:

      As the Consumer Experience Acquisition & Retention Manager in the Marketing department, you will be responsible for co-designing & excuting the activations strategy and to develop consumer mechanic programs that meet the established brand objectives.

      Main areas of responsibility:

      • Supporting the development of omnichannel brand activation programs in line with brand strategy & objectives
      • Design of promotions and mechanics for direct consumer engagement in stores & other touchpooints (such as HoReCa, events..etc.)
      • Collect and analyze programs' data and provide optimization recommendations
      • Support in managing brand ambassadors & product experts communities, including onboarding, training and constant feedback exchange (both ways)
      • Close collaboration with other functions to ensure all development programs are in line with budget & brand objectives
      • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and effective execution
      • Apply commercial acumen to support strategic decision-making and drive business impact
      • Oversee budget planning and control to ensure delivery of objectives on time and within scope

      Requirements:

      • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, together with 3–5 years in premium brand marketing (FMCG, Automotive, or Real Estate preferred)
      • Skilled in branding tools, marketing platforms, analytics & MS Office. CRM knowledge is an asset
      • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
      • Proven experience in 360° marketing strategy within FMCG, automotive or premium real estate
      • Strong analytical skills to evaluate options and support business decisions
      • Strategic thinking with solid understanding of data and numbers
      • Efficiency-focused, simplifies processes and eliminates redundancies
      • Skilled in structured problem solving and change management
