What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain knowledge of financial industry laws and regulations and client requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external groups
- Respond to client and customer correspondence
- Handle client reporting and inquiries
- Manage email correspondence for the Consumer Resolutions Group
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling
- High school diploma required
- Experience with MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to pass background investigation
- Strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Experience with financial industry regulations
