      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Foster a motivating and rewarding work environment by creating incentives, contests, and activities for team engagement
      - Monitor customer service calls for quality assurance and provide coaching to team members on best practices
      - Track individual performance against established goals and take necessary actions to ensure team success
      - Manage the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new associates to maintain a well-staffed workforce
      - Assist with incoming calls during peak times and resolve escalated customer/client issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience leading a team in a call center environment
      - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment; familiarity with CCC estimating software preferred
      - Ability to create an environment of openness and trust focused on delivering world-class customer service
      - Must be able to walk, sit, stand, and move around the contact center floor to assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

      - Knowledge of the automotive or insurance industry
