What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze trends or patterns affecting customer experience using Contact Center tools and databases
- Collect, clean, transform, and restructure data for statistical analysis while addressing business challenges
- Communicate analyses and insights to leadership, translating findings into actionable themes for business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer experience
- Mentor team members and pursue self-development while adapting to feedback and change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data mining, data analysis, and data modeling using large data sets
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, visualization, and customer experience
- Experience working with Contact Center practices, systems, and tools
- Proficient in SQL queries and advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience with feedback management and data analytics platforms
- 1 year of experience with advanced predictive modeling practices and tools
