What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Support business challenges by collecting, cleaning, and transforming data for statistical analysis

- Mentor team members and pursue self-development while adapting to feedback and changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data mining, analysis, and modeling using large data sets
- 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, visualization, and customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience working with contact center practices, systems, and tools
- Advanced capability with Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience with feedback management and data analytics platforms
- 1-2 years of experience with advanced predictive modeling practices and tools
