What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions within set standards
- Troubleshoot client's electronic and mobile banking technical issues
- Identify and meet customer needs by providing advice and guidance on bank products and services
- Achieve or exceed performance targets for quality assurance and customer engagement
- Submit accurate documentation for client needs and follow through on customer inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm MST and every Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm MST
- Ability to research and use systems/applications simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Previous banking or call center experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Contact Center experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Troubleshooting experience and ability to multitask using various systems
