What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service and answers to client questions within set standards
- Troubleshoot client's electronic and mobile banking technical issues
- Identify and meet customer needs through advice, guidance, and education on bank products and services
- Achieve or exceed performance targets for quality assurance, efficiency, and customer engagement
- Submit proper and accurate documentation for client needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to research and use systems/applications simultaneously
- Good customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Previous banking or call center experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Contact Center experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Troubleshooting experience and ability to multitask using various systems
