What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to and handle complaints and escalations from patients and clients regarding account balances and payments
- Conduct investigations to resolve issues and determine appropriate courses of action
- Perform payment posting activities and assist with day-to-day posting duties
- Analyze historical data to identify root causes of client/patient escalations
- Maintain open communication with management regarding coaching opportunities for team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six (6) years of Cash Posting experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
- Proven track record of excellent time and attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Average QA score of 90% or higher for the past 90 days
- Not on any form of disciplinary action within the organization
