      - Lead the project to upgrade from Infinity to Amtelco Genesis
      - Manage all aspects of the IT project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications

      - Provide regular updates on project status to relevant parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with a preference for experience in Contact Center/Call Center solutions such as Amtelco Genesis
      - Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship
      - Availability to work during EST hours

      - Experience specifically with Amtelco Genesis solutions
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
