- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in counseling or crisis intervention preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
- Certification in crisis intervention or counseling
