      Job Opportunity: Work- From- Home Contact Center Representative

      What We're Looking For:

      • Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
      • Quick learner, comfortable with software systems.
      • Strong typing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
      • Previous medical experience is a plus but not required- we provide training!

      Job Preview:

      • Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
      • Collect patient info and deliver messages to medical staff confidentially.
      • Handle special tasks like transfers, callbacks, and interruptions.
      • Meet department performance standards (we'll help you achieve them!).
      • Perform other duties as needed.
