      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide second-tier customer advocacy through high-quality service and technical support in a multi-channel contact center
      - Troubleshoot and resolve complex product and program inquiries
      - Assist the Team Lead in managing customer relationships and team support
      - Participate in application testing and resource development initiatives
      - Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for new and temporary staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of a High School diploma
      - Ability to type a minimum of 40+ words per minute
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly
      - Experience in a call center or customer-focused, metrics-based environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Application troubleshooting experience
      - Experience with Salesforce or other CRM applications
      - Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
      - Familiarity with browser-based applications and internet navigation
