What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across various platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with business goals and current events
- Create and repurpose content for marketing initiatives, product launches, and thought leadership
- Track and report on content performance, identifying trends and optimizing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing efforts and process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital storytelling
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of audience nuances
- Proven success in building and maintaining social media engagement
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as HubSpot and Meltwater
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with WordPress, email platforms, and SEO principles
- Experience in Google Analytics to interpret web data
- Strong project management and self-direction skills
- Ability to source and interpret current events for timely content
