In this critical role, you'll be the guardian of quality, capacity, and time management within our dynamic creative agency. Your mission? To ensure the team is not just ready for tomorrow, but ahead of it, you’ll know when – and how – to seamlessly integrate external writers and creators when the need arises.

But that's not all. You'll be the keeper of our schedules, orchestrating the intricate task of diary management and refining, or even reinventing, our current processes for maximum efficiency. And when it comes to those critical creative projects, you'll ensure that every alignment is flawless and they are successfully completed without a hitch.

      SHARE YOUR TALENT
Embrace the exciting opportunity to become our Content & Copy Project Manager, where your knack for planning, coordination, and stakeholder management will take centre stage. In this vital position, as part of our planning team (known as Project Bureau), you’ll ensure seamless operations for our content & copy team.

Your expertise will be instrumental in streamlining end-to-end processes, guaranteeing efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of our online magazine projects. Join us in shaping the future of our dynamic team and making a lasting impact on our organisation.

      Your key responsibilities are:

      • End-to-end accountability: Take the lead in overseeing all phases of our copy projects, ensuring that quality, deadlines, and resources are expertly managed from start to finish. Ensure quality of approval flow for creative management.
      • Capacity management: Use your strategic prowess to optimise workflow and productivity within the realm of content & copy, effectively managing resources to meet project demands.
      • Handling online magazine: Be the operational driving force behind our online magazine's content, ensuring smooth operation, timely delivery, and consistent quality that keeps our audience engaged.
      • Operational coordination: Dive into the nitty-gritty details of magazine production and distribution, ensuring seamless execution across online channels and keeping everything running like clockwork.
      • Stakeholder management: Master the art of communication as you liaise with internal and external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and successful project outcomes.

      JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Content & Copy Project Manager you are part of our in-house creative agency. Within our Agency, we have our very own Project Bureau, who is the leading centre of all our creative operations. You will work closely with our senior communication managers, external stakeholders, our creative management and you will report to the Project Bureau Manager.

      BRING ALL OF YOU
The key requirements we are looking for are:

      • Proficiency in Asana or similar agile project management software: The showcased ability to leverage tools like Asana effectively for seamless project management, coordination, and resource planning.
      • Strategic Planning: Demonstrated capability to craft and execute effective plans to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
      • Keen Attention to Detail and Agility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to stay sharp and pivot quickly as situations evolve.
      • Excellent stakeholder Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with various project stakeholders.
      • Autonomous Work Ethic: Comfortable working independently while still being an integral part of the team.
      • 1–3 Years of Work Experience: Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
