      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and review instructional materials that align with educational standards
      - Revise lessons to cater to a diverse range of learners
      - Source engaging texts for content development and lesson crafting
      - Create lessons that support students at various levels in developing strong reading and comprehension skills
      - Collaborate with designers and content producers to bring lessons to life

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of elementary education experience in developing and implementing engagement strategies, or a similar role with a bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Experience in crafting challenging, standards-based lessons and curricula
      - Proficiency in developing standards correlations and technical documents
      - Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Graduate degree in a related field
      - Experience in creating curriculum that integrates various genres, technologies, and media
      - Background in instructing a diverse range of learners
      - Strong reading and analytical skills
      - Experience working collaboratively in educational settings
