What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure campaign materials are accurate and recommend alternatives for process effectiveness
- Process and prioritize workflow from content creation to execution and storage
- Manage creative assets through a review process to ensure compliance with brand and legal standards
- Collaborate with Financial Representatives and Advisors to maintain compliant social media status
- Proficiently utilize Microsoft Office Suite and company software, including InDesign and Workfront
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to self-motivate and work well in a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with marketing operations, project management, and compliance systems
- Ability to work at the employer's home office in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Background as a Digital Asset Manager, Content Coordinator, or similar role with expertise in managing digital assets
- Skilled in using InDesign, Workfront, JIRA, and Confluence, with the ability to educate others on these systems
