What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the database for Medical Surgical devices and supplies to ensure data quality
- Perform complex ad hoc queries on large data sets to identify data issues and initiate corrective actions
- Gather and interpret data to propose actionable plans for process efficiencies
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Specialists to implement data management processes and applications
- Act as a technical liaison to data platform technology teams by developing knowledge of data architecture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Management, Healthcare supply chain, or related field
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis
- Advanced MS Excel proficiency
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting various data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake, MS VBA, PowerBI, or Sigma Computing
- Knowledge of medical products and terminology
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Supply chain knowledge
- Project management skills
