What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain a database to ensure data quality for the healthcare customer base
- Perform complex ad hoc queries on large data sets to identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Gather and interpret data to propose actionable plans for process efficiencies
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Specialists to enhance data management efficiency and quality
- Serve as a technical liaison with data platform technology teams to support operational needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Systems, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Quality Assurance, Data Management, or Healthcare supply chain
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills in interpreting various data sets
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Snowflake, MS VBA, PowerBI, or Sigma Computing
- Knowledge of medical products and terminology
- Experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Project management skills
