      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a subject matter expert in K-12 mathematics, contributing to relevant projects 10-20 hours/week
      - Organize, review, and edit math content for academic products and services
      - Deliver high-quality materials and resources on schedule
      - Communicate consistently and promptly on project progress
      - Participate in meetings and trainings as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in teaching, tutoring, training, or content creation for middle school and high school
      - Experience with digital and print learning materials production
      - Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
      - Ability to work in a remote/distributed environment
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a related area, or equivalent real-world expertise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degrees in relevant fields
      - Experience with online lesson presentations and pre-recorded content creation
