What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter and format structured content using DITA and HTML in Adobe Experience Manager Guides and Sitecore
- Edit and prepare images using Adobe Photoshop for appropriate delivery channels
- Collaborate with analyst and specialist teammates to troubleshoot issues and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate tracking of content changes across various systems and ensure content integrity
- Help establish best practices and continuously refine content coding processes based on updated CMS guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager Guides (DITA) and Sitecore
- Strong understanding of HTML, DITA, and structured content workflows
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with structured content (DITA) in a healthcare context
- Availability for the full 1-year term of the contract
- Demonstrated ability to handle troubleshooting and communicate effectively with teams
- Professional references from healthcare, publishing, or CMS-related projects
