What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the content publishing and scheduling across various platforms including IG, TikTok, Shorts, X/Twitter, and YouTube
- Manage the complete content pipeline using Notion, ensuring deadlines are met and content flows smoothly
- Review raw footage and final cuts, providing detailed feedback to maintain quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized file systems and content calendars to ensure clarity and efficiency
- Assist in research and brainstorming for content angles to enhance production quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in managing content calendars, editors, or publishing pipelines
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create concise and engaging captions
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a passion for systems and clarity
- Analytical mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing content output
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
