      What this job involves:

      • Liaison with the requesters/stakeholders/website owners for the website needs, facilitating communication and coordination.
      • Ensure delivery deadlines are met, communications and interactions with client for managing workflow and aligning delivery timeline.
      • Establish and implement policies and procedures, managing the workflow for the content publishing team. Understands and able to enforce processes for the team.
      • Help to prioritize responsibilities for the team with alignment with the client.
      • Resolve problems and escalate as needed
      • Review work prepared team, ensuring that accurate records are maintained for all clients
      • Responding to queries from stakeholders and clients, management of complaint.
      • Ensure all activities within the team are performed accurately, timely and efficiently
      • Escalate and flag any likelihood of failure to complete processes by deadlines, maintain and update the team issues log.
      • Ensure that policies and procedures are followed consistently and highlight necessary amendments
      • Manage projects related to transition of work to our team, account and strategy onboarding, continuous improvement initiatives, report automation, and any other firm initiatives
