What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and revise content products based on user feedback and regulatory updates
- Ensure content accuracy and alignment with plain language standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve content-related inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date contact information for contractors and partners
- Track and manage content revisions and client feedback using workflow tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or associate degree with 5-7 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and project coordination skills
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare and Marketplace programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in knowledge management or content development
- In-depth understanding of compliance regulations relating to Medicare and Marketplace programs
- Strong ability to incorporate user feedback into content revisions
