What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop training curricula, including knowledge base articles and operational guides
- Create instructional materials such as training manuals and multimedia visual aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to ensure content aligns with learning objectives
- Manage training assets and knowledge management systems, ensuring content remains relevant
- Act as a point of contact for documentation-related issues, providing feedback on content effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
- Fluent in verbal and written English with a high proficiency level
- Experience maintaining confidentiality of information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- University studies in instructional technology, technical writing, or related fields
- Experience with e-learning platforms such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
