      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary liaison for contingent workforce staff and healthcare leaders
      - Recruit, interview, and refer qualified contingent workforce staff for the organization
      - Coordinate and maintain all contingent workforce records and compliance with regulatory agencies
      - Facilitate credentialing and onboarding processes for non-W-2 Physicians
      - Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to the contingent workforce

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
      - Minimum of two years of Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Broad knowledge of HR administration principles related to selection and onboarding
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Human Resources or Business
      - Experience with enterprise HR Systems (e.g., Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP)
      - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, including TJC, DNV, and CMS
      - Proven ability to maintain customer relations under stressful conditions
      - Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited supervision
